After Update to unRaid, nzbget stopped working

Sometime after installing unRaid 6.11.4, my NZBGET stopped working.  I'm running Sonarr and Radarr, but when I try to see the available downloads, I see nothing for nzb files.  Looking in the messages tab, I see "Could not create file /data/tmp/nzb-???.tmp".

 

Is anyone aware of the unRaid install messing with the chmod settings?
