Users cannot log in, only root

For the past few years I've only logged in as root because any other user I create cannot log in (invalid username or password).  I had hoped it would magically start working with updates. I've attached my logs. Any ideas?

Only "root" has access to the WebUI.  By design

Any other users under the User tab besides 'root' are called   "Share Access"  users.  These 'users' are only used to control access to the data that you have stored on the server.  By these means, you can secure the data on your server from persons who should not have access to it.  For more information, read the attachment in the first post of this thread:
