It looks like it takes about 31 hours to pre clear a 2 tb disk. My question is , is it possible to run pre clear simultaneously for more than 1 disk? maybe have multiple telnet sessions open?

you can use multiple telnet sessions, or multiple virtual consoles, or multiple virtual screens (using "screen" )

If you use "telnet" the telnet session must remain up throughout the pre-clear.  It may require you to disable any sleep/screen-savers on your PC.

I pre-cleared mine using PuTTy telnet (can use windows built in also).

You have to open separate telnet sessions for each drive.  I ran 4 at once.  It took 24-28 hours each.
