January 4, 20233 yr For some reason I can’t get the Unraid web UI to load..I’ve tried: 1. The bookmarked URL that usually works 2. http://hostname.local 3. http://ipaddress 4. Checking the IP to make sure its the same (it’s set with a dhcp reservation) 5. Reboot All the containers and everything are functioning fine…appreciate any clues!

January 4, 20233 yr Community Expert Nothing obvious that I can see, if you boot with the GUI mode does the local browser work? You do have the NIC link on eth1, that is not necessarily a problem since it's a in a bond with eth0 but we recommend using eth0 as the main NIC.
January 4, 20233 yr Same thing happened to me today. All the containers and everything are functioning fine, I can’t get the Unraid web UI to load.

April 21, 20251 yr I have the same issue. It started happening recently after I upgraded to 7.0.1. I can SSH into the server, but none of the command-line reboot commands (like powerdown -r, shutdown -r, etc.) work. I end up needing to perform a hard reset. I believe the server itself is running, but the GUI is unresponsive. there was a time the Unraid Web UI doesn’t load, although VMs continue running and functioning normally. unwing-diagnostics-20250420-2341.zip
April 23, 20251 yr The cache drive had a bad connection and it screwed up the GUI. Turns out it was the SATA cable—replaced it, and it's all good now. Thanks, JorgeB! Edited April 23, 20251 yr by winglam
