Currently unable to boot into my unraid server, randomly went offline and am unable to boot

I tried booting into regular and safe mode and got a mix of the attached screenshots

Any ideas would be appreciated, I’ve tried brand new RAM and ram memtest with no issues

No hardware has changed in the past 6 months

Also, if there’s any way to pull some more logs that would help, please let me know

Hi Jorge, I forgot to update the thread but I tried recreating the drive from a backup that was on unraid remote

It was unsuccessful and I was getting errors still so I tried a new drive with the backup and had no success, see attached (side note, I need to invest in an iKVM)

Try a new flash drive with a new install, use the UBS tool, no key needed, just to see if it boots.

If now it doesn't boot even with a new install and it did boot fine in the past it suggests a hardware problem

Any suggestions on how to figure out what the hardware issue is? Unplugging everything and trial and error?

First try the flash drive on another PC if available to confirm it's booting, if yes you'0d need to start replacing/swapping some parts around.

After a long time of troubleshooting, I replaced the motherboard and RAM with no changes. Memtest was throwing errors for every stick of RAM I put in even on the new board, so decided to buy a replacement CPU. Memtest is passing with no errors and OS is working good now.
