Disk1 is dead. (3disk array). Flash drive is dead. I have no config backup. ¿Whats next?

Considering the backup, I would say that I managed to recover 85% of my data. (Lost Found + Backup). Pretty good, I didn't lose anything important. I can recover the lost data with a little patience.

 

Disk1 is being emulated, should I add the new hard drive to the array now? Is it necessary to pre-clear the new drive?

Not ADD, REPLACE.

 

Preclear if you want to test the new disk. A clear disk is only required for ADD, not for REPLACE. Rebuild will be a test of sorts anyway.

 

Since the new disk is already installed, all you need is...

 

Stop array, assign new disk as disk1, start array to begin rebuild.

Rebuild was successful, everythings is working normally.
