USB Boot drive dead - no access to config file

Hey all,

So I've been running UNRAID for 6-7 years, and I was upgrading from 6.9.2 to current and it looks like doing the upgrade has fried my USB drive.
I've been reading the forums and i'm a bit lost on what my options are, mainly because my USB drive won't detect on my Windows system nor my MAC.

On the windows system it see's the disk, but that's it - No partition info etc.

I have 3 questions.

1.  Do I have to completely rebuild my system?

2. Is it worth it to try to migrate my license or should I just build this all new?

3.  If I rebuild this new - I do have backups of my docker containers that live on one of my drives, can I restore those so I don't have to rebuild everything?

Background on my system

I ran multiple docker containers, and that's about it.

I'm just trying to gauge how screwed I am.
I've been reading the following
