relien
Good morning I have a lifetime plex pass and I have an nvidia card on my unraid server I would like to install a docker plex and be able to activate transcoding but I see that there are several available Should I take the official plex media server or is there another better one? binhex-plexplass for example? Or is it ideal to run plex on a windows vm by putting the card in passthrough? THANKS Quote Link to comment

Solution relien Posted February 4, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted February 4, 2023 Well I just found a solution with the official plex docker thanks to this page: https://www.reddit.com/r/unRAID/comments/r6635u/help_with_nvidia_transcoding_on_plex_container/ So in extra parameter I put this: --runtime=nvidia --gpus all, capabilities=video and I added the variable NVIDIA_VISIBLE_DEVICES with as value my GPU UUID Quote Link to comment
