Plex Transcoder tainted - Crashing server?

Hi,

 

I have had had some issues recently where it seems like the plex transcoder is bombing out my server? I am not sure exactly. I haven't had the issue before and I can't think of anything that has changed recently. It also doesn't seem to be happening when someone is watching plex? The entry shows 2am.

Just in case anyone else have this issue, here is how i fixed it. Edit the Plex Docker image, switch to advanced then:

 

CPU Pinning: Limit the amount of cores Plex have access to

Extra Parameters: Limit how much memory Plex have access to by adding: --memory=16G

 

I can still see the errors in the logfiles from time to time, but Unraid is not crashing.

Hi, I'm also having crashes when Plex is transcoding, though I'm not seeing any errors in the logs.  I've tried CPU pinning and limiting memory as above, but unfortunately it hasn't helped.  Just wondering if you found anything else that helped, or did your issues stay away?  Thanks.
