Unraid GUI continuously crashing 500 Internal Server error

Featured Replies

I'm having an issue with GUI crashing on me. Is started last week, but have had it happen the past two days. I can get into the server through SSH, but command prompt for rebooting and shutting down doesn't seem to work, the server just sits after doing so. Unfortunately, because it won't reboot I have to do a hard reset. I need help trying to figure out why this is happening, and also why the command prompts aren't working. Also, is there a command to stop the array? If I can get that to work that be great, I don't see anything online about it other then people saying they are running a script. I would really appreciate the help as I can't continue to do this everyday. Here is my diagnostics.

Here are the posts that are similar to my situation. Someone posted earlier today a little similar to mine so I replied to them as well.

Try booting in safe mode.

What should I do after I boot in safe mode though? The parity check finished no errors last night so that's good.

See if the GUI still crashes, if not it could be plugin related.
