March 5, 20233 yr Hi, I cannot work out why I cannot access my server via My Servers remotely. I used to have remote access and it stopped at one point. According my Myservers settings, it should be reachable from the internet. I have tried logging out and back into my unraid account via MyServer. I have tried resetting the application via "unraid-api restart" command in the console. Is there something I'm obviously doing wrong?
March 5, 20233 yr Solution It appears to be configured correctly, perhaps you have the wrong url? I'd suggest that when you are aware from your house, access the My Servers dashboard: https://forums.unraid.net/my-servers/ If you are not on the same network as the server, it will show a "Remote Access" link which you can click to access your server.

Apologies. I never responded to this post. I can't explain it but it just started working. I didn't do anything differently.
March 27, 20233 yr Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein großes Problem, ich habe einen Remote-Zugrif erstellt, aber jetzt kann ich überhaupt nicht auf den Server zugreifen. Es wirft die ganze Zeit einen Fehler. Wenn mir jemand helfen könnte, ich bin relativ neu, danke im Voraus.
