Moises
I have the asrock side panel kit, which uses eDP and mounts to the side panel, I use it to boot into GUI mode and display grafana. However everytime I want to change somthing I have to use a keyboard and mouse directly connected to the server. What desktop environment does Unraid GUI use? How can i write scripts to automate it maximizing the browser and opening specific tabs in something like kiosk mode? Edit: After a bit of looking around I found it uses Fluxbox, which isn't a desktop environment, just a window manager for the X server. Edit2: Incase anyone would like to do this in the future for whatever reason. The initial start of firefox can be found at /usr/share/fluxbox/startup simply edit it to whatever start up app you want or whatever firefox options you'd like. Unraid gui is a firefox browser to the main webgui for the server. is not a desktop environment. Quote Link to comment
Moises
It still has something besides just firefox since you can completely close firefox. I want to be able to dim or turn off the display through the cli. Quote Link to comment
