Hi All,

 

Normally I don't have an issue with my hardware, both when it fails and when it's all good.  However, disk14 just dropped with write errors, but I I'm not sure why and just wanted another set of eyes on the logs.

    Looks more like a power/connection problem, check/replace cables/slot.
