VM Windows slow to start (5-10 minutes - memory?) but it runs great

Hello,

 

I am running a windows 11 WM. It works great BUT it takes a really long time to start booting. Could it have something to do with the memory that's being demanded? This is about the half of the machines' memory (there is enough to spare). Any idea's?
