May 12, 20233 yr Hello all, I have Emby installed as a docker in my Unraid server and now I would like to add my home movies directory. Unfortunately I am unable to locate the folder on my server. I'm confused on the file structure when using dockers. I believe that it should be located at /data/Media/Home Movies Please let me know what I'm missing in my folder path. Thanks you
May 12, 20233 yr It should be listed right in your docker template when you set it up. Did you make a share for your movies?
May 12, 20233 yr Author My TV Shows and Regular Movies are in the same Media folder. The location for my TV Shows /data/tvshows The location for my movies /data/movies
May 12, 20233 yr If you made a share called data and movies and Tv shows is in it then your mapping in template should be like this /mnt/user/data Edited May 12, 20233 yr by Gragorg
May 12, 20233 yr Author I have the TV shows and Movies working in Emby. They are all in the same Media folder. For whatever reason I cannot get Emby to see the Home Movies folder.
May 12, 20233 yr Is Home Movies setup as a user share? Where does your template currently point for /mnt mapping?

It sounds like you have your shares and docker mappings correct, but it might help if you shared exactly what your docker mapping looks like and how you have your files organized in your user shares to avoid confusion

An alternative possible mapping is just /mnt/user/Media <-> /data Then the container sees whatever you have in your Media share. It just depends on whether you want to expose everything to the container Edited May 12, 20233 yr by veri745
