What error do you get when you try?

    No error, the UI just hangs. If I refresh I'm brought back to Main page

    Type 'reboot' in the CLI to see if that works then boot in safe mode.

    Tried with SSH and got same behavior. Should I just do an unclean restart at this point? Any help is greatly appreciated

    You will need to force a reboot.
