Your log is full of error messages relating to i915-sriov starting as soon as you install the plugin.    Have you tried booting 9n Safe Mode so no plugins are installed to see if the problem then stops occurring?

Booting in safe mode (no plugins) does not fix. Error still occuring.

i do. Unraid is virtualized on proxmox. igpu driver blacklisted on host and passed through to unraid. I use igpu for plex transcoding.

Then look for a BIOS update, this is what's causing the error:
