Maximising your unraid server's potential

Any suggestions?

So far mine serves media via XBMC/SB/CP/SabnzBD.

Can anyone suggest any more useful functions? I have an iphone and a  MBP if thats any help. Any cool apps would be brilliant. Thanks.

What are your server's hardware specs?  AirVideo will let you transcode video on the fly and stream it to your iPhone, though it does require a somewhat beefy CPU.  Cache_dirs will minimize unnecessary disk spin ups when browsing your media from XBMC, but depending on your file structures it might need lots of RAM (I've found 2 GB to be too small for my needs).  Crashplan will allow you to back up your MBP to the server automatically.  Finally, install unMenu and browse the package installer, you are sure to find a few that tickle your fancy.

You might also want to check out the various apps for using your iPhone as an XBMC remote.  I've had mixed success doing it with my Droid.

Raj,

About to start messing with droid apps and XBMC. Anyone that seems to work better than the others?

In addition to what you already have, I also use Plex, Airvideo, and subsonic. Awesome stuff! My media is accessible from anywhere with apps on my android phone.  :)
