Question about changing cache from btrfs to zfs

Featured Replies

With the new update, is there a benefit to changing my cache from btrfs to zfs? I currently use 2x500gb nvme drives in raid 1. I am running the standard arrs, and nothing mission critical.

I had posts bookmarked discussing this, but it was on the Unraid subreddit, and I want to move over here.

Cheers

They have similar functionalities, possibly not much point in moving, though zfs will have faster reads if that's important, since it stripes both mirrors members for reads, unlike btrfs.

Thanks Jorge, I doubt I am even coming close to bottle necking the current cache setup, so I will keep it as is!
