6.12.1 - Instability / Frequent Crashes post update

Ever since updating to 6.12.1, my server has been exceptionally unstable  To the point of becoming unresponsive at least once a day.  I am considering rolling back to 6.11.5 as I never had this issue on that.

 

I am attaching the diagnostics and I do know there is a syslog error in there that I have resolved since then, but I figured someone might be able to help me track down what is going on.  There is a kernel error that occurs but I can't figure out exactly what it mean.

 

And assistance would be appreciated.

Update to v6.12.2 and if issues persist enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
