It "runs" for ~5 sec and then immediately stops. There's still 197GB on my cache that I can't move.

There are a lot of:

Jul  6 09:46:05 Paradigm move: move_object: //..f/... File exists
Jul  6 09:46:05 Paradigm move: file: //..g/...
Jul  6 09:46:05 Paradigm move: move_object: //..g/... File exists

Mover won't move files that already exist on destination.

Does that mean I can safely replace the cache disk without losing data?

Check which files are newer and delete the old ones, then if needed run the mover again, also note that docker and livbirt images can only be moved if the services are disabled, they were sipped:

Jul  6 09:46:05 Paradigm move: skip: /mnt/cache/system/docker/docker.img
Jul  6 09:46:05 Paradigm move: skip: /mnt/cache/system/libvirt/libvirt.img
