Moppen Posted July 28, 2023 Share Posted July 28, 2023 Aloha, pls have a look at the attached Image. This is how I understand caching in Unraid works, right? How come, that if my cache is full nothing more can be written? Even my Docker-Containers start crashing because, of course, they try to write to appdata which ist cache:prefer. Did I configure something wrong? And what do i need to do to have it back working like in the shown Image? Thanks for any help in advance. Quote Link to comment

Thanks for the clue. The normal recommendation is at least the size of the largest file you want to be cached. You may want to add a safety margin onto that. The key point is to stop the pool getting completely full as that tends to cause issues. Quote Link to comment
