Getting millions of party check errors

I recently had to rebuild a data drive, and now I'm getting millions of parity check errors. I corrected them, but this is happening again on a repeat check. Any ideas? Diagnostics attached!

    You are having read errors on multiple disks, all connected to a controller with a SATA port multiplier, those should be avoided, see here:

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
