Confusing Allow remote Access message

Featured Replies

I just started testing the Allow Remote Access under Unraid Connect. The message is stating "Enable Remote Access" on the "Connect Dashboard". I think I am already in the Connect Dashboard. But, I don't see where I can enable Remote Access. Where is the button or selection? Is it already enabled?

With the Dynamic options, remote access is disabled until you use the Connect Dashboard to enable it when needed.

In your screenshot, clicking on the blue "Connect Dashboard" link will take you to the Connect Dashboard here:

https://connect.myunraid.net/

Once signed in there, go to your server's details and click Start Remote Access

For more info about the Remote Access features of Connect, see the docs here:

I am trying to use dynamic option with uPnP. uPnP function is turned on from the firewall. All I am getting from unRaid-connect is "Enable Remote Access" with a spinning circle. It never established a connection. I wonder what else to look for?
