I just discovered that my system log had used up 100% of the allocated memory and then stumbled into BTRFS errors as shown in the screenshot (I also attached the full log + diagnostics). I did a restart to solve the log issue temporarily, but the BTRFS errors prevail. Solution JorgeB Posted October 3, 2023 Solution Share Posted October 3, 2023 Oct 3 08:44:48 forge kernel: BTRFS info (device nvme0n1p1): bdev /dev/sdb1 errs: wr 2966654, rd 386, flush 140173, corrupt 0, gen 0 This shows one of the pool devices dropped offline in the past, run a correcting scrub and see here for more info and better pool monitoring.
