How to remove two drives from a three drive raidz zfs cache pool?

Currently there are three drives working in a raidz pool. Now I want to remove two of the three cache drives.

Beside the cache also docker/appdata is stored on this pool.

What is the best way? The zfs voodoo is quite new for me... ;-)

    You cannot do that with zfs, need to destroy the pool a create a new one.
