October 14, 20232 yr I have been experiencing crashes almost every day at random. The crashes occur when the machine gets used and is not used. I have the following plugins: CA Mover Tuning Community Applications docker.patch Fix Common Problems GPU Statistics Nvidia Driver Unraid Connect User Scripts diagnostics-20231014-1745.zip

October 15, 20232 yr Community Expert Unfortunately there's nothing relevant logged, this usually points to a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
October 15, 20232 yr Author I will be running the NAS in safe mode to see what happens. Any tips to find out what hardware is the problem if the NAS still crashes in safe mode?
October 16, 20232 yr Community Expert Basically you will need to start swapping some parts, if you have more than one RAM stick you can test with one at a time, that will basically rule out bad RAM.
December 13, 20232 yr Author When there is one RAM stick in the computer (instead of 2) it crashed less frequently (every week instead of daily). This is the case for both RAM sticks. Does that say anything?
December 13, 20232 yr Author Really? All the parts are only a year old. How can I find out what part is the problem?
December 13, 20232 yr Author There is only a used SSD could that cause any problems? (gets used as cache)
December 13, 20232 yr Community Expert Sometimes day old parts have issues, but basically you'd need to swap the board and/or CPU and retest.
December 13, 20232 yr Community Expert Just now, JorisFort said: here is only a used SSD could that cause any problems? Unlikely that would be the reason, but not impossible.
December 13, 20232 yr Author Thanks for the quick responds. I will try running without the SSD. Because I do not have a 2nd CPU or motherboard to use for testing.
