October 19, 20232 yr A few days ago I installed a new docker and restarted the server, and after that it didn't work. I thought it was the USB, so I changed it. Today it arrived and I configured it with a backup that I had in Unraid Connect, at first it didn't boot (it stayed frozen in the bios image), but I managed to fix it. Now my problem is that once unraid has been booted, it is as if it did not finish booting at all. It does not load the webgui, nor the dockers (or anything). I found a similar case in the forum and an admin said that you had to put "df" and that if you didn't see the boot folder, something was wrong with the USB (I think this is my case). Below I leave you the logs belgg-diagnostics-20231019-1717.zip Edited October 19, 20232 yr by elBelgg Typo
October 19, 20232 yr Community Expert Try booting in safe mode, also try accessing the GUI by the IP address.
October 19, 20232 yr Community Expert Also check that the flash drive has the label UNRAID (all capitals) as if not it will not be found to successfully finish booting and you will get the symptoms you describe.
October 19, 20232 yr Author I tried safe mode and nothing changes. I tried to connect with the server IP and it doesnt connect. The name of the flash drive has the proper name. I noticed that if I ping it it says that the host is inaccessible (I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I mention it just in case), and when I login it doesnt ask for password, I just type "root" and it logs me. October 19, 20232 yr Community Expert Try a new flash drive with a stock install, no key needed, just to see if it works.
October 19, 20232 yr Author I reinstalled the backup and now the safe mode works (only locally, idk if its suposted to work only in local or it should be also have remote access, I never used safe mode before).
October 19, 20232 yr Author Then the problem is it has no internet (it is connected directly to the router via ethernet).
October 19, 20232 yr Community Expert Not sure I follow, safe mode still has internet access, did you try this? 1 hour ago, JorgeB said: Try a new flash drive with a stock install, no key needed, just to see if it works.
October 19, 20232 yr Community Expert The original diagnostics showed that the flash drive was not being mounted at /boot. - has this been rectified? If it has not then it would be expected that there was no GUI and no internet access.

October 19, 20232 yr Author Now it boots normal, the problem is it has no internet (only accesible from the server, not from the IP). Maybe deleting "network.cfg" and "network-rules.cfg" solves the problem, no? Edited October 19, 20232 yr by elBelgg
October 19, 20232 yr Author In the router it says its connected, but I cant ping the server from my Pc, or the router from the server, it says its unreacheable.

October 19, 20232 yr Author Solution You wont believe this. I restarted the router and now it works! I realized that my plugins are not there, but I downloaded the store plugin, went to my downloaded plugins and installed them all. Now everything is solved. Thank you so much guys!
