One drive keeps not being there on startup, giving an error, then appearing. Log inside.

I get that error every reboot sometimes like 10 of the warnings.

Pool is missing a device and has multiple profiles:

Depending on if you wanted this pool to be single profile or raid1 run a balance to that profile, if it fails post new diags.

 

Metadata pool has errors read/write on both devices:

I eventually just wiped both drives and started again and didn't see it since. thanks.
