I don't see any flash drive issues but the last syslog is blank, you can fix this:

 

Nov 16 15:15:55 Tower emhttpd: error: put_config_idx, 610: Invalid argument (22): fopen: /boot/config/shares/media:.cfg

 

Delete/rename that file.

I don' see the /config folder in /boot, even on the web UI or in cloudCommander

Try rebooting, if the flash drive really dropped it won't be there, take the opportunity to use a different USB port, ideally USB 2.0, and if it keeps dropping replace it.
