Can I Install UNRAID OS on a NVME in an External USB Enclosure?

I have a feeling the answer is no, but could I install the UNRAID OS onto an NVME drive that is installed in an external NVME USB enclosure?

    It's possible, but the USB enclosure must have a unique GUID, not all have, there are users using m.2 SATA to USB adapters, and I'm using an mSATA to USB adapter with a couple of servers.
