Need Assist with Card for Additional SATA Drives

I'm rebuilding my server as my current motherboard died. My server is pretty ancient and so rebuilding it.  I feel a little out of my league in looking at parts these days.  My age must be getting to me....

Is there a diff card others would recommend?

That's a good option, assuming it's a genuine LSI.

 

Those cables are the correct one if the description is correct.
