Are there any hidden folders or bins inside the pool as I don't see? I deleted a few VMs. Happy for any feedback.

    Any snapshots? Vdisks can also report wrong used size, but you can be pretty confident that the GUI is showing the correct used space, if you can't find what it is you can move some stuff to the array or elsewhere until you find it.
