Hello all ! I have a home server with 6 drives. I am looking to add a 7th. When I plugin the data power to the power supply it won’t boot . Any suggestions?

    Define "boot".

     

    The boot process can stop at multiple places, anywhere from not reacting to the power button to seeing a "no boot device" message.

    Is the power button properly connected to the MB ?

     

    When you say 'nothing happens', is there any lights on the MB going on, PSU or CPU fans moving at all ?
