ASMedia ASM1062 PCIe SATA Controller not being recognized

I installed this controller to add an additional sata slot, my case has space for 5 drives so a larger card would be overkill. unfortunately, while it shows up when doing lspci, i can't get unraid to recognize the drive that is plugged into it.

Link is failing to initialize, try swapping that disk with one on the SATA controller and see where the issue follows.
