February 23, 20242 yr Due to a recent flash drive failure, I had to rebuild with a new flash drive. When I went to Unraid Connect, I attempt to download key so I can place it on the new flash drive, a new webpage opens and then nothing is downloaded. I also noticed even though I had multiple flash backups, it currently is showing none available and that flash backup is disabled even though it was. It is also showing a cached values from 5/06/2023 even though it had been available previously.
February 23, 20242 yr Community Expert Contac support with the GUID, they can send you a new link for the key.

February 24, 20242 yr Community Expert It shouldn't take long, but make sure you got an automated email response, or the ticket didn't go through, in that case try again, it's been known to happen.
