Hi all, I'm trying to run an upgrade to latest release however I'm getting an invalid Flash Device GUID error when trying to open the Update OS page? 

Is this something I can resolve myself or will I need to engage support (have already submitted a ticket, but figured I'd try here too..)

I think you need to contact support.    Did you get an automated acknowledgement when you tried - if not then the request may not have gotten through (this seems to have been happening quite frequently).
