At the highest speed they can be noisy, but what I love about them is your ability to decide how they are hooked up and how they are controlled.

 

They come with their own POT and Thermistor. (and even their own grill)

Best deal in town.

 

My other choices are the silverstone fans

I like these in certain situations for ventilation because they are slightly larger then 80s, but usually fit within an 80mm spot.
