twain23 Posted April 2 Share Posted April 2 Hello, i bought the unraid Starter licence but the redemtion does not work. I get the error: "Could not find associated product Starter Redemption (1655875)". What can I do? Since I restarted my device I can't start the arry any more so help is urgently needed. itimpi Posted April 2 Share Posted April 2 You have no choice except to contact support as we cannot sort out licence related issues in the forum and there is no guarantee a Limetech employee will see the message in the forum. You should get an automated email acknowledging your request when you try to contact support, and if not then it did not get through and you need to try again via the contact form. Solution JorgeB Posted April 3 Solution Share Posted April 3 11 hours ago, twain23 said: "Could not find associated product Starter Redemption (1655875)" This means you need to update Unraid to latest release first, if you are on an expired trial contact support so they can extend it, but do it using the form, contact options within the OS are apparently not working. P.S.: you can also manually update to v6.12.9 and then activate your key, and that can be done even with an expired trial. Quote Link to comment
