April 4, 20242 yr spacestation-diagnostics-20240404-1926.zip I added a replacement drive to the array and now it will not start due to the cache, but see no errors on the cache. Not sure how to correct this.

April 5, 20242 yr Author Thank You - I will in a few days. I pull all 22 disks out, and dealt with a different issue on the SATA drives. The pool sas-one is essentially dead with all disks missing now, and a new SATA controller for the 4 Array Disks. The 'used' hardware is a mess, and I want to get the array stable to lift and shift to a new 'PC' build based on a i7 14700K. This will move the main application PLEX to a new hardware platform and take pressure off of this Frankenstein. The hardware is inbound, Tuesday is the build. After I successfully move the all 8 SATA off of the platform I will go back and see what the SAS issue is, as I think there is a SATA Cable issue that is adding to the box issue. What I am reading in to the troubleshooting steps you are suggesting is that the pool is not starting due to the file system zfs having an issue, and that the GUI does not display them, the CLI is needed for the 'advanced' formating? Which is cool, another learning point in adopting this software on what will now be 4 servers. Edited April 5, 20242 yr by kcossabo
