April 26, 20242 yr Every once in a while unraid takes down my whole home network, right down to the WAN level. Both Wifi and lan cannot access the internet. the 2 ways to fix this is either reboot unraid or reboot my router. Ive had my ISP in 4 times thinking it was them. but turns out if I unplug in raid from the network my line never drops out again. sometimes I raid will work for a week straight no problems….sometimes it freezes multiple times a day. Please some smart people out there point me in the right direction! I just bought the software because it’s amazing. transferred all my media…now this :s
April 26, 20242 yr Community Expert Connect up a monitor and Keyboard to your Unraid server. Login as 'root' using your standard login credentials. Then type the following on the command line: diagnostics Look at where it has stored the file on your Unraid boot drive. You can push the power switch on the server for about two seconds and it should shutdown the server down cleanly. Pull the flash drive and upload that diagnostics file as an attachment in a NEW post in this thread. Edited April 26, 20242 yr by Frank1940
