Hello everyone

 

I need your help please. I have had my Unraid off for a few months now and have used the disks elsewhere. Now I missed my Unraid too much and I wanted to reactivate it. 

Since I wanted to start from scratch, I recreated my USB stick (my old USB stick with my Pro license) with the Unraid Creator Tool. Then I started my Unraid and tried to recover the license, unfortunately without success. I always get this error message:

Error: {"error":"The maximum trial period has expired, please consider purchasing a license"}

 

Then I thought to myself, no problem, you had previously configured Unraid Connect, log in there and download your key there. Unfortunately that doesn't work either, it just opens an empty tab in the browser and that's it.

Ok, I thought, just find an old Flash backup and copy the key file to the stick and that's it. What can I say, I seem to have misplaced or deleted all the backups, I can't find them any more.

 

So off to the forum to see what other options there are, I found this thread.

 

 

 

I then looked for my email with the registration link, but unfortunately it didn't get me any further.  The Install Key... window only said Downloading and then ERROR:8

 

Now I'm at the end of my ideas and unfortunately I haven't found anything else in the forum. Can you give me a tip on how to get my license back onto my USB stick?

Contac support and they can send you a new link to the key.

The support was able to help me, my Unraid is now licensed again.
