.CFG files unable to be seen in config folder of USB

I have noticed this before and wondered if this is the norm? Essentially I can not see or access the cfg files of the config folder on my USB, yet when I attempt to copy new ones across it says that they are there.

 

I have tried turning on hidden files, and accessing the USB in both Win7 and Xp machines.

 

Am I overlooking something?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
