May 25, 20242 yr I've been having problems with UnRAID where it will not load the web page, and the dockers are non-responsive. I can still ping it, so it's technically "up". I did not load the GUI on the server. I know I can reboot the server, but is there any way from the prompt to check and see if I can get logs before rebooting? I'm not Linus savvy...
May 25, 20242 yr Community Expert If you can ssh into the server or get to the command line by connecting a monitor you can type: "diagnostics" and it will put a zip file in the logs folder on the flash drive. Post the entire zip here at forum if you need help with something.
May 25, 20242 yr Author Never mind. I can't ssh in nor access the server directly (it was on the "login" prompt, and times out).
May 25, 20242 yr Community Expert Press the power button and it should shutdown. And when you're back up you can set up the syslog server to save the syslog to the flash drive in case you're experiencing instability. Edited May 25, 20242 yr by strike
