A few companies have "certified" their cables as 6GB/s or SAS2. that just means they tested them. Bottom line, a 8087 cable is a 8087 cable... you are good and do not need to spend an extra bundle of cash on "monster cables" (not that they make SAS cables). Quote Link to comment
