LibVirt Failure

Featured Replies

I'm running into an issue trying to get VMs to enable.   It tells me libvirt path not found.  I was under the impression that it would auto create that if it is missing?

I also noticed on the 27th in the logs there was an error on the disks in i/o but it looks like it cleared.  I may have lost power due to a thunderstorm - unsure if that was the issue.  Would this issue just clear on its own?

You seem to have corruption on your ‘cache’ pool which is probably why you are having this problem as it has been forced to ‘read-only’.

Is there a recommended solution to fix this and prevent this from happening in the future?

I believe I have fixed the issue.  Is there something I can do to avoid this in the future?

Diags were removed so can't see what the problem was, though it may not always be clear what caused it.

I thought it best to remove since it was just sitting there in the open.  I suspect it was caused from the sudden loss of power.  I have setup backups for it since, so I hope it will not happen again.

Thank you both for responding.
