June 11, 20242 yr I have a problem setting up a new install of Plex where the installation stalls and cannot claim the server (and cannot add media). I have attached the Plex log. It indicates an init error but it is unclear on what to do. I am looking for some guidance. Please advise. Plex Log Unclaim server.txt

In this case, it looks like you are using the Binhex Plex container. Click on the container icon and select the Support option to get to the support forum for the container.
June 13, 20242 yr Author Thanks for the response, however, that support area (Plex Binhex docker) only allows docker container developers to post in that forum. Are there other options?
