  1. I have a problem setting up a new install of Plex where the installation stalls and cannot claim the server (and cannot add media). I have attached the Plex log.   2. Thanks for the response, however, that support area (Plex Binhex docker) only allows docker container developers to post in that forum. Are there other options?

  4. My Plex server has been down for weeks. I tried to reinstall but Plex server will not initialize... LOG says "Critical: libusb_init failed". Plus you cannot download a new server file from the Plex site because the app list does not work in any browser I've tried. Please advise.
  5. I have been unable to login into Nextcloud. Connection was refused. The log has the following message "Can't start Nextcloud because the version of the data (25.0.4.1) is more than one major version behind the docker image version (27.1.4.1) and upgrading more than one major version is not supported. Please run an image tagged for the major version 26 first." . How do you fix this?
  6. Okay, that seems to have worked. I can log in with the browser the next day and it did not time out. Thanks.
  7. Does the log say that it actually crashed and refused to connect? When it doesn't allow you to log on in the browser the server is still running. I'm trying to determine if it is a network issue of my local network.

  9. Having trouble finding the Syslog file. I checked the settings... is the file "CA_backup.tar"?
  10. Okay, it was set to appdatabackup. just need to find it.
  11. Yes, I enabled Local syslog server in settings.
  12. You have to reboot in order to login with a browser to retrieve the log. Apparently the log starts over when you reboot. Is there a way to retrieve an older syslog file?
