Btrfs is detecting data corruption in the pool:

 

Jun 26 10:07:11 Colossus kernel: BTRFS info (device nvme0n1p1): bdev /dev/nvme0n1p1 errs: wr 0, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 8, gen 0

 

Recommend starting by running memtest, then run a correcting scrub and post the results.

Thanks for the input, the problem was that the temporary cache-drive (nvme0n1) had hardware errors as well.

 

I made a manual switch, I moved away the cached shares, and recreated the cache with the new drives. Then made a restore from "appdata backup" and rebooted. Now it seems to work - I hope. :)
