Expected parity rebuild speed with LSI 9201-8i

I have a LSI 9201-8i HBA in IT mode bought from Amazon. According to the description, this is a PCIE gen 2.0 card. I have it plugged into a PCIE slot in x4 mode.

 

This is the speed I'm getting during parity rebuild:

Are these the expected speeds for this card in PCIE 2.0 x4 mode? Or does it look like it's running in x1 mode for some reason?

I noticed the following line:

Any idea if this would be a BIOS setting I need to change? Or hardware problem?

Turns out I had the HBA plugged into the x1 slot.

 

The Asus motherboard I'm using had poor documentation. Nowhere in the manual nor the board itself did it state which PCIE slot was x4 mode and which was x1 mode. I had to take a closer look at the pins to determine I had plugged it into the wrong one.
